THIRSTY CROW

BREWPUB

Thirsty Crow opened its doors in February of 2011, initially running the 500L brewpub on Kincaid St for five years before relocating to its current location at 153 Fitzmaurice St. “The Crow” was founded by the Wealands family—Kevin, Carmel, and their son Craig. Prior to venturing into the brewing scene, Kevin and Carmel had successfully operated two food businesses in Wagga for nearly two decades. Craig, the craft beer enthusiast of the family, embarked on his brewing journey in 2004 by enrolling in a 2-year brewing course at Ballarat University. Subsequently, he honed his skills by working as a brewer in the Sunshine Coast and Hunter Valley.

Situated on the northern block of Fitzmaurice St, Thirsty Crow features three distinct areas where patrons can enjoy house made food and beverages:

  • Brewpub: A modern open space with a fully functional brewhouse, which greets you upon entry.

  • Brewers Den: A shed-style back section equipped with a pool table, ping pong, darts, and foosball.

  • Beer Garden: Ample shade provides a relaxing spot for you and your furry friend to unwind.

The bar boasts a total of 24 beer taps, offering a diverse selection of Thirsty Crow beers complemented by a mix of independent guest beers, ginger beers, and cider. Additionally, Thirsty Crow extends its offerings to include up to 9 wines by the glass, cocktails, and various coffee options.

Local foodies can anticipate a distinctive casual menu featuring unique pizzas, burgers, and tasty bites.

The venue provides convenient amenities such as off-street parking, high chairs, a defibrillator (Defib), dog bowls, and a baby changing table.
